Theme :
Point Of View
Format
Films must be 4-8 minutes long and be centered around the theme "Point of View"

Participants can submit their film individually, or as a group of 6 people maximum
​
Each school can submit a maximum of 4 films, 1 film per participating team
​
Before the date of the final showing, the films will go through rounds of filtering and elimination by the judges. The best 8 will be selected for the final showing
​
On the day of the event, films will be presented to the audience and judges, after which films will be assessed based on 6 judging criteria
​
The final submissions must be sent to the judges before the 4th of September 2023, and selected films should be brought to the event on a computer / pendrive.
Rules and Information
Films must be between 4 and 8 minutes in duration.
​
Films must not feature any profanity or inappropriate content. Remember, this event is for schoolchildren and films must be appropriate for the audience. If your submission contains any such content, you will be informed before the event to edit it and submissions that don't comply will be disqualified at the discretion of the judges.

Films must be exported in common formats (MOV, MP4, etc). Your films must be converted to the appropriate file format when submitting. Neev is not responsible for any issues with playback due to unsupported formats / codecs.

Teams can have a maximum of 6 people (excluding actors but including directors and producers)
​
Each school can nominate 4 teams to participate
​
Films must be sent to the judges before the 4th of September for the preliminary judging round. They can be submitted by sending an email to events@neevschools.com with the team's name, team members, school name and movie.

Films that have been selected to be shown on the day of the event should be brought to the school in a pendrive or computer
